Beer and Art? What Could Be Better?

Danger Bunny has the day off today while The Rabbit Room heralds news of another sort.

Beer and Art.

That's what we have for your consideration.

If you live in Erie, Pennsylvania or its surrounding area, you may already be familiar with
Arts and Drafts
a bi-annual event, held each Spring and Fall at the Brewerie at Union Station.

It is just what it sounds like.  Local Artists and Musicians come together for a big, giant, superfun party inside the Brewpub.  Artists hang and sell their work, Musicians play, and EVERYONE drinks beer an has fun.

This year, I am a participating Artist.  I painted a few drink paintings (Blueberry was featured with the Vodka Gimlet last week). But the main things I painted was ITALY!  I had the opportunity to go to Italy in 2010, and have finally started to paint form some of the pictures I took.

Here are a few samples of what I'll be hanging up for the coming weekend:

 I guess I like Vespas!!

I also like Limoncino (Limoncello).  Mmmmmmmmm.....

The countryside of Tuscany is Beautiful!

And, who doesn't want to shop in Florence on the famous Ponte Vecchio?

Oh, whoops, sorry.  This last one is not a painting.  It is, however, an Incredulous Rabbit.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FUN TO DO THIS COMING WEEKEND?  Then by all means, COME TO ARTS AND DRAFTS!  Quaff a beer, support, or at least talk to a local Artist or Musician and just have a good time.

Arts and Drafts starts this Thursday, March 29th and lasts through Saturday night, March 31!

Danger Bunny doesn't make promises, but even She may make an appearance.....  SEE YOU THERE!!
